Encourage a multiparty system; the remedy for gridlock.

By signing this petition, you implore our government to replace the Electoral College with a system that entails actual popular sovereignty. The United States Government is composed of, mainly, two parties that are circumventing the law through bipartisan politics. Both gridlocked parties are guilty of this, and that means we're in more need of a multiparty system than ever before. The voters need to understand that being neither a Liberal or Conservative is okay, so that we may begin implementing a multiparty system. This should be encouraged more often. This would be a drastic movement, but a deadline must be set down. By approximately 2023, replace the Electoral College with a system that entails actual popular sovereignty, and begin heavily encouraging people to vote independently now.
