Encourage northern states especially NJ&NY to serve a glass of Sweet Tea prepared to the exacting standards of the south

To encourage more unity among citizens from the north and south. There are many southerners that have moved to the northeast for work opportunities in the financial sector and can't get a decent glass of iced tea as served down south.
Many solutions to problems, deals, and compromises have come about over a tall glass of cold iced tea while sitting on the front porch.
It may even be something that would help with budget and debt negotiations. Invite over a few of the principal players, you have a very nice Rose Garden, and discuss your common ground. I bet you will find you have more than you realize.
I've never seen enemies created over a good glass of Sweet Tea.
