If American Citizens can be made to use voter IDs and have their access to the ballet box limited, then legislatures in BOTH State and Federal Legislatures must NOT be allowed to vote for other lawmakers who may not be present. This happens more often than not and more occasionally in State Legislatures and is referred to as Ghost Voting. Ghost Voting is and must be deemed voter fraud. We must have accountability in our elected officials.
