Encourage organic farming so that it becomes more affordable for us to buy it! Health should be available to all of us.

As growing information is being made available, we are realizing exactly how harmful pesticides are for our bodies causing reproductive, behavioral, developmental disorders. The problem here is that orginic ANYTHING is generally 50 to 100% more costly than nonorganic products are. This makes healthy choices unavailable to those who can't afford to.make them. Why are we encouraging large scale commercial farming that uses pesticides? We are we distuributing food and products made by companies that take dvantage of the environment and workers involved? Incentives need to be greater in order to steer our supply in a more organic and earth-friendly direction. This isn't for the trees as much as it is for our families. Everyone is sick. Chemicals are at least part of the reason why.
