Roman Vivian should be entitled to create, develop and maintain his own personal Instagram account. It is unfathomable that he already does not have said account. The parents of Roman Vivian need to be compelled by the Obama administration to create said account and permit Roman to have ample time daily to properly maintain and manage said Instagram account. The world will be a better place through the eyes of Roman Vivian. Any said Instagram account that is managed by Mr. Roman Vivian and any content created by Roman Vivian will only serve to stimulate the US economy and provide old people with joy and laughter.
