The Eastern U.S. and California have gotten crowded and driven the cost of living to high levels. However, there are several low population states in the Northwest part of the United States. I suggest Congress work with those states and promote homeownership and jobs in those areas. This would help increase those states' economic growth and lessen the burden on the populated states.
