For any company receiving state or federal subsidies, tax abatements or any form of government assistance, require the disclosure of how many U.S. and non-U.S. resources they are employing by country.
This includes temporary and permanent employees contracted through third parties.
By making this information publically available, it would encourage employers to hire U.S. Citizens, thereby keeping wealth within the United States.
In doing so, overall tax revenues are increased and the lives of many citizens would improve.
