Encourage responsibility and accountability by changing the bankruptcy laws that allow people to walk away from debt.

This is a petition to encourage responsibility vs generating laws that discourage responsibility. There are significant numbers of people who went deep into debt then simply walked away from it by going bankrupt. Two years later they buy another bigger house obtain new credit cards and start over. The policies of the past created the mentality in people that they do not have to be responsible and as a result there are empty houses all over this country that are bringing down neighborhoods and the government is doing nothing about it. We need a government that protects the honest, responsible hardworking people first then takes care of the needy vs the other way around because its the hard working, responsible people who provide the ability to help the needy.
