We believe that Outkast was a unique and valuable American musical force. It can and should be again. The Obama administration should encourage former members André 3000 and Big Boi to reunite to record and perform live.
In tough economic times, we Americans always turn to music for inspiration and hope. With a simple phone call to the two men, Mr. Obama could improve the lives of millions of Americans without increasing our deficit, raising taxes, or waiting on congressional action.
