encourage Senators to vote for the Net Neutrality Cong. Rev. Act Resolution of Disapproval, then sign it when it passes.

The FCC doesn't have the legal authority to impose Network Neutrality - as already once unanimously ruled by the D.C. Circuit Court.

It is Congress's job to write law granting said authority. Congress has never done so.

Net Neutrality is a job & investment killer. We desperately need both of these right now.

We do not need the illegal imposition of this damaging regulation - that "solves" a problem that does not exist.

Companies are now forced to again waste money & time suing the govt - to undo this second unauthorized Net Neutrality imposition.

But we can undo the this illegal order in Congress - via the Congressional Review Act (CRA).

Mr. President, please urge Dem Senators to vote for the CRA. & then sign it. You can - you must - stop this job-killing regulation.
