Encourage state governments and commercial businesses to invest in post-secondary education (colleges & universities) for their citizens and employees, by providing direct funding in the form of vouchers to states and tax credits to businesses. Education is the key to a better future. This will also create jobs. Education should be considered part of infrastructure. Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime
