There is no reason whatsoever that SNAP or other Food Stamp/EBT Welfare should be allowed to be:
Converted to Cash at an ATM
Used at a POS as an EBT transaction for purchasing NON-Essential Food Items
Shall NOT be used to purchase High Fat and Sugary foods.
it is unfair to the Taxpaying americans to read about SNAP and other welfare spend on Liquor, Strippers, and Cash.
