Encourage telecommuting by offering employers the option to not pay workman's compensation insurance for any employee who works 36 or more hours a week from home. The potential benefits of this simple idea are many-fold: cheaper for businesses to hire, less traffic and congestion on the roads, less pollution, less gas usage, increased time for families to be together, and in general a happier, more productive, workforce.
