A new Gallup Poll finds that three-fourths of Americans say they would vote for term limits for the U.S. House and U.S. Senate if they could. The reason is that Congress has become dysfunctional, and no longer cares about the needs of the American people. By incorporating term limits, Senators and congressional members would not be worried about reelection and would vote for the betterment of society versus earning another term.
