All politicians advocating Federal budget spending cuts should cut all Federal funding to programs in their own districts first, including their own salaries and related benefits (health care, pension, etc.) military, social programs, grants, education, agriculture, health care, infrastructure, business loans, tax breaks, etc.
This could simultaneously help fix the budget and make people who want to downsize the Federal Government happy!
