United has not lived up to its promises for a combined workforce after three years of the merger.
United Flight Attendants have less job security, less flying and income opportunities at some S-UA bases while S-CO side has a higher top pay rate and have been given more opportunities to fly International routes. This has not been fair and equal to S-UA.
We would appreciate your support in urging United management to give serious consideration to the proposal of AFA's United Master Executive Council. And push for a single contract to unite the Flight Attendants at United as soon as possible.
