Encourage the U.S. Congress to outlaw the gerrymandering of Congressional districts.

We need a federal law outlawing partisan political gerrymandering. Let an independent, nonpartisan commission draw computerized lines for district boundaries based on geography and population and not on political party advantage. We’ll all benefit from the resulting productive and bipartisan Congress.
