Several studies have been conducted by numerous groups that show that states who mandate an "Abstinence" standard in Sex-Ed have the highest rate of teen-pregnancy, and the contraction of sexually transmitted diseases. We, those whom have signed below, urge the Obama Administration to encourage and/or mandate states to replace all "Abstinence" curriculum with "Safe-Sex" curriculum.
