The University of Iowa has clearly given up playing basketball for the 2013/14 campaign. We are asking that the executive branch intervene and put the team and fan base out of their collective misery.
Human Rights: Fans don't deserve to suffer this effort level.
Defense: Iowa doesn't play any.
