End the 501 (c) (3) status of Media Matters For America for violation of the requirements of a tax exempt status.

Created by P.W. on March 06, 2012

Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code requires that not for profit organizations may receive a tax exempt status but is restricted by activity. Particularly, it may not “attempt to influence legislation as a substantial part of its activities” or “participate in any campaign activity for or against political candidates.” Media Matters For America has violated this restriction on multiple occasions and have almost universally been the voice of the democrat narrative in government. Additonally, it has targeted individuals for ridicule for no other reason than to quell the voices of conservative Americans. Futher, it works to influence other media outlets and provides them with liberal research regarding targeted individuals and legislation. Therefore it violates the code.
