To end the ability for all medical billing to be reported to all credit bureaus, including all collection efforts.

Created by J.E. on October 09, 2014

Medical bills should not be considered as credit. A person doesn't apply for medical bills. It's not a cost that most would consider as a credit. It is a necessary obligation, not a cost one does like buying a car. Any and all previous credit reports should be removed. A person's ability to pay medical bills is related to the high cost of health, not at the consumers choice. So why penalize us for it. Kind of a double jeopardy. A damaged credit score because of s person's health is unfair and unjust.
