End ability of Congress and elected officials to exclude themselves from legislation applying to citizens of USA.

Elected officials should not be permitted to exclude themselves from rules, regulations and any amendments or modifications, thereto, they enact, applying to the general citizenry of this Country including health care, retirement pensions and all other issues.
