End the abuse of American citizens at the hands of the police

Too often there are abuses perpetrated upon the American public by the very people charged with our safety and they nearly always get away with it. We need to be able to hold the police accountable for their misdeeds when they do them and they should face the full weight of the law when they do. Police investigating Police is not the way to do it since they are never impartial and it is obviously a conflict of interest.
Also no police activity should be out of the public eye. They serve the public therefore the public has the right to know any and every action taken by the police in ever incident. It should never be illegal to film officers performing the duties as public servants. These crimes are too numerous to all be addressed individually. Please end the Police brutality in US
