I'm an 18 year old kid writing this petition in response to cruel & unfair treatment with two places in particular:
Dyersburg Regional Medical Center in Dyersburg, TN
Lakeside Behavioral Health System in Memphis, TN
I've had to see several different doctors, counselors, psychiatrists, & other health professionals.
Out of all of these, Lakeside & Dyersburg Hospital
deserve to be SHUT DOWN!
I was sent home to die several times by both hospitals.
I went to both hospitals because of going very long amounts at a time without eating because of anxiety.
Both places REFUSED to put a feeding tube in me.
Lake side staff WAS VERY rude & discharged me BEFORE I started eating again. I was forced to drink fluids after fluids & WAS NOT allowed a bathroom break 99% of the time.
