End affirmative action now:best man or women for the job regardless of race,religion,nationality,sexual orientation.
this means the best person gets the job,not because you are a minority(white,black,hispanic,indian...etc, a female,transgender,gay, or catholic,jewish etc...
it will help shake up the workforce, not just give extra points on civil service exams, and free college, you must deserve this,and work for it,not just show up dumb and lazy,but get the job anyway.
