end Affirmative Action in the United States of America.

Created by D.D. on November 14, 2012

Affimative Action(AA) promotes discrimination and, as such, should be labeled unconstitutional and made illegal.

Citizens of the U.S. should be viewed by universities/colleges, the private sector, as well as the U.S. Government as equal American citizens first and foremost, and not distinguished by race, gender, religion, or national origin.

A job should be awarded on the basis of qualifications, experience, and/or level of education, military service, etc., and not based on AA policies.

A student should be accepted into a college/university based solely on grades, SAT/ACT, GPA, extracurricular activities, etc. AA discriminates against those who meet all these requirements and are rejected due to AA policies.

AA is discrimination and, as such, should not be upheld by the U.S. Gov.
