End aid to Egypt, Syrian rebels, and in other countries where America is considered an enemy.

In Egypt both Mursi, and opposition of the Muslim Brotherhood think of the US as enemies. Mursi because we did not condemn the 'coup', and the opposition because we were supporting the Muslim Brotherhood. Now Egypt threatens to review their peace treaty with Israel if US aid is ended. Negotiating with terrorists?
In Syria, we know there to be terrorist organizations in league with the rebels. Billions of tax dollars are spent trying and failing to buy friends in foreign countries all while gov programs and workers are cut, and taxes are raised in the US.
We demand that our gov ends support for countries that do not support us, and more than likely will become an enemy in the near future. Friendship and loyalty cannot be bought! Relieve the US of parasitic regimes!
