Giving American taxpayers money to countries that spend money on nuclear arms is like giving money to someone on social assistance who spends the money on guns, then cries that they don't have enough to feed their family.
American's are hurting during these tough economic times and it's an insult the elected stewards of this country to be sending Billions of our tax dollars to these countries.
