End all aid, monetary and otherwise, to foreign countries,and let the citizens vote on any and all future aid packets.

We, the people, call on an end to all foreign aid, monetary or otherwise, and all future aid, be approved of by a citizens vote. All proposed aid packet proposals to be considered for election must have a alternate use of said money, such as infrastructural improvements inside the United States.
