End all aid to North Korea, potentially forcing them to disarm a significant portion of their forces.

For both economic reasons, and diplomatic interests, it is clear that we should cut off any and all aide to the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea. With our aide, North Korea is able to spend half of its GDP on its militaristic aims, while most of its people are starving. This clearly violates human rights, and by aiding the people of the DPRK, even in the best interests, we are burdening ourselves with their upkeep. Lets force Kim Jung Un to feed his people.
