Uganda has passed legislation that will jail for life anyone who is convicted of having gay sex more than once, an act labeled “aggravated homosexuality." As President Obama, Secretary of State Kerry and former Secretary of State Clinton have all stated in the past that gay rights are human rights it is unconscionable to send money to a country that will jail their own citizens for loving who they love.
