Every year, millions of animals are tortured and killed in laboratories alone. These animals go through enough torture as it is just to see if a product is going to harm humans.
Furthermore, these tests on animals are not even accurate. Animals react differently than humans do to a product, it takes longer to get the results back, and it is just an old way of seeing the success or failure of a product.
Some scientists even believe it is time for a new approach for the test of new products. One of these new ways is to use mannequins instead of animals.
