The Government's interference in the regulation of our guaranteed Second Amendment freedoms has gotten out of control. The possession of firearms, as well as use and sales has always been, and always should be, no matter with no question in the subject. It is understandable in light of current events regarding shootings that sales be regulated, which is true, those with criminal histories and debilitating mental conditions need be denied firearms. However, under the unrepeatable "Dick Act of 1902" all able bodied men, ages 18-45 can own as many firearms, of any form, for as long as they can financially allow. Put into historical context, almost all beginnings of tyrannical rule began with citizen welcomed gun control, i.e. Hitler's Germany.
