end all espionage on allies. Such programs may be "ordinary", but it's time for the US to be extraordinary once more.

Created by N.G. on July 02, 2013

We petition our Government to order all United States intelligence agencies to discontinue espionage programs on allied nations. This represents cold war era tactics, and is not sustainable for the continual advancement of diplomatic and economic ties to allied nations, which are integral to the sustained position of the United States on the world stage. If intelligence operations are necessitated in these countries, we petition the intelligence agencies to cooperate with their counterparts in these countries to obtain information, and will only conduct espionage operations there if allowed to by the highest elected officials of their respective governments.
