The USA is the only Country in the entire world that taxes the gambling winnings of it's citizens.Especially cruel is the gross taxing of Lottery winnings by the IRS.The American public spends hundreds of billions of dollars a year of money that has already been taxed on legal gambling.Eliminating taxes on gambling winnings would create jobs in the gaming industry and give a much needed economic boost to the average middle class American.Taxing gambling winnings discourages legal gambling,driving some gamblers underground where there is no regulation,oversight,or legal recourse if cheating or error occurs.We ask the Obama administration to immediately call for the end to any and all taxing of gambling winnings.
