End All Financial Aid to Foreign Countries That DO NOT Contribute to the United States. ie. North Korea, Afghanistan

Using our tax dollar to aid foreign countries that contribute nothing back to the US is a slap to the face of American People. We have problems in our own country to attend like: high poverty, high unemployment rate. High taxes cripple American families just to aid foreign countries. It is suppose to be 'America for Americans' not 'America for Foreigners'.
