End all flights between the United States & Iraq and Syria.

The United States has been engaging in airstrikes against the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), which operates in Iraq and Syria. ISIL has threatened retaliation against the United States for these airstrikes, and has already murdered an innocent American journalist, James Foley.
The easiest way for these terrorists to come to the U.S. to wreak havoc is by air. I speak for all Americans when I say that we cannot allow a repeat of 9/11 to occur. Therefore, we petition President Obama to cease all commercial flights from the U.S. to Iraq and Syria, and from Iraq and Syria to the U.S., so as to help in preventing ISIL from attacking the United States.
