End all foreign aid
Fully recognizing that the United States needs to become financially secured in order to provide for its own people/
Reaffirming that borrowing from China to providing aid to Foreign Countries is not in the best interest of the United States.
We hereby petition the Obama administration to terminate all foreign aid
