End all Foreign Aid

The U.S Government is the master of transferring wealth. Ron Paul described Foreign Aid as "taking money from poor people in rich countries and giving it to rich people in poor countries." This is completely immoral. Do we trust the government to responsibly use our taxpayer money in countries across the globe? We can't even trust the U.S government to stop spending here at home. Foreign Aid is creating generations of people and societies dependent on big government to solve problems. As an example, Foreign Aid to Africa has only delayed economic reforms and encouraged wasteful spending. Also, Israel relies on receiving 2 billion dollars each year from the U.S and therefore has no incentive to create a freer economy and solve its own issues. NO FOREIGN AID creates self reliant prosperity.
