For decades, the United States has tried to help sub-saharan Africa by large, repeated donations of money, supplies, education, and medical care. These efforts have wasted billions of taxpayers' dollars, and produced essentially no results of value. The moronic reaction of the people of west Africa to this years ebola outbreak have finally shown us the truth: they are too dumb to help. The best course of action for the US at this point is to step back and let evolution take its course, both economically and biologically. Instead of throwing our money down a bottomless pit, we can use the money to improve infrastructure and education here at home.
