Fully recognizing that Egypt has the military and financial competence to provide for its own defense and reaffirming that as a sovereign nation this is the sole responsibility of the government of Egypt;
Reaffirming that the billions borrowed from China spent on providing aid to Egypt could be better employed investing in the United States or paying down its debt;
We hereby petition the Obama administration to terminate all foreign aid to Egypt.
