End all Foreign Aid to other countries until the United States federal debt is reduced to zero

The United States needs to stop spending money on foreign aid, and use that saved money to rebuild our infrastructure thereby creating jobs here at home. Taxes on corporations and small business could be greatly reduced creating more free enterprise and capitalism, which would in turn create more jobs and accelerate the economy greatly.
