End all foreign aid until our budget is balanced.

Mr. President,
Why are we as a country supplying billions of dollars in foreign aid every year when we are in so much debt as a nation?
Instead of raising taxes or giving raises (which have obviously not been earned) to government officials we should cut all foreign aid and take care of our own nation first. Stop giving away our livelihood before we become one of the nations that needs foreign aid.
