We are currently in debt, so why are we giving away money?
In 2012 the United States spent $47 Billion in foreign aid, add in the amount for the government office budget and employee budgets who handle these transactions we surpass $51 Billion. In 2013 we will surpass $60.1 Billion in foreign aid spending.
This is only less then 1% of our budget, however when I have no money I do not just buy others items with my credit card.
It is time the government like most of us Americans need to stop spending money while in debt.
