This petition is to end all Foreign Aid until we have a Budget Surplus. We are currently borrowing Billions of dollars a year, in order to rebuild, feed, and pacify countries around the world. This is a petition which asks America to take care of America first. We can't save the world when our own country is rotting from within. More so we have a deficit, which means we don't have the money to take care of, or finance foriegn countries. Lets first take of our own citizens, before we go into debt for the world.
