Since its creation in 1994, the Palestinian National Authority has played a significant role in terror attacks on Israelis. It has glorified terrorists to no end, naming streets after them and calling them martyrs and heroes. It has paid monthly salaries to Palestinians held in prison for security or terrorism offenses. Its officers have even played the role of terrorist.
And yet, the US has given the PA a total amount of $4.9 billion, with $441 million in foreign aid for this year (2015). While this money was meant for the noble cause of improving conditions for Palestinians, the PA is so heavily corrupted that the money seldom will end up at its intended destination. And so, unwittingly, the United States is supporting terror. This must be stopped immediately.
