We the people of the United States of America, and Citizens of the World, urge the United States President and Congress to promptly establish The International Transparent Forensic Accounting Act.
This Act will establish a forensic accounting system to uncover all entities and persons funding terrorists; locate the source of monies, goods, and services that fund or assist with committing acts of terror; create laws and take action to end funding and support of Terrorists; and publicly disclose the names of all entities and persons supporting terrorists. Government funding discovered in any form or capacity shall cease instantly. Further, the United States will actively urge the international community to create international transparent forensic accounting systems in their country.
