Until & unless the Palestinian leadership endorses the right of Israel to exist within secure defensible and ends the indoctrination of it's citizens with an violent anti-Israel attitude the Palestinians should be denied any and all non-humanitarian support. These actions should include any actions needed to prevent upgrading their status within the UN. Further the US should work to terminate the existence of the UNRWA and moving those under their jurisdiction to the UNHCR.
