End all operations and repeal ICE

For the past decade, more people, who simply want to enter the United States have been detained by ICE and held in detention centers, awaiting deportation. These families have fear and endure abuse. With the recent incidents of rapes and kidnappings by ICE officials and detention center employees, I say enough is enough. An immigration reform must be done by executive order with the repealing of ICE, ending all the suffering to millions of people.
