We feel that the influence wielded by special interest groups upon our elected officials damages the integrity of our democratic system. The money and influence of these organizations and the organizations they represent creates an unfair playing field in our political system. Everyone has one vote including the individuals who benefit from special interest groups.
All we ask for is equality in the political process of the United States. It's time to end the disparity between the average American and special interests in our elected representative legislatures.
